Accessibility Statement

Last updated 28 September 2026

peergroup is a collective of design leaders, and inclusive design is part of what we teach. We want peergroup.global to work for everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We consider the site partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and we are working on the gaps listed below.

What we have done

  • Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labelled links so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced and linked to the field they describe.
  • Menus, tabs, dialogs and the image viewer work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Animation respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • Images carry text descriptions, and decorative illustrations are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Text and controls are designed for sufficient color contrast and the layout adapts to zoom and small screens.

Known limitations

  • Some diagrams, such as our pathway and ecosystem maps, carry meaning visually. Their content is also given in the text beside them, and we are improving their text alternatives.
  • Some scroll-driven sections reveal content as you move down the page. All of it is readable without animation.
  • Documents and resources from third parties we link to may not meet the same standard.

Feedback and help

If anything on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, write to hello@peergroup.global. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply within five working days and work to fix it.

How we check

We test the site with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, screen readers and browser zoom, and review accessibility whenever we add new pages or features. This statement was prepared on 28 September 2026 and will be reviewed at least once a year.
