Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how peergroup(“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit peergroup.global or share information with us through it. We keep what we collect to a minimum and never sell it.
Who is responsible
peergroup is the controller of the personal information described here. For any question about this policy or your information, write to hello@peergroup.global.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, through these forms:
- Contact and application forms: your name, work email, region, LinkedIn profile, role, company, seniority, function, industry, experience, education, organization size, interests, goals, funding and timing preferences, how you heard about us, and anything you write in a message.
- Design maturity assessment: your answers, your resulting scores, your work email and, if you give it, your company size.
- Waitlists and event interest: your email and any details you add.
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own.
How we use it, and why
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up on your assessment report, because you asked us to (your request, or steps before entering into a contract).
- To review applications for our Mastery programs and Community circles, and to arrange enrolment and payment if you are accepted (contract).
- To let you know when something you signed up for opens, such as a waitlist or an event (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep a record of our conversations with you in one contact database, so the right person follows up (our legitimate interest in answering you well).
- To keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interest in running a safe website).
We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, under their own data protection terms:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and processes technical request data.
- Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- FormSubmit, which also delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- HubSpot, our contact database, where a copy of what you send through our forms is kept so we can follow up and keep track of our conversations with you. We do not use HubSpot’s website tracking or cookies.
- Google Workspace, where our email and working documents are kept.
- Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry), which serves one of our typefaces, so your browser connects to it and shares your IP address when a page loads.
If you enrol in a paid offer, we will tell you at that point which payment and learning platforms we use. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
We work across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where information leaves the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and assessment submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and applications for as long as you are a participant plus the period the law requires for records. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave;
- send your information to you or another organization in a portable format.
Write to hello@peergroup.global and we will reply within one month. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submissions is limited to the people at peergroup who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as health or financial details through our forms.
Children
Our services are for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
