Terms & Conditions

Last updated 28 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of peergroup.global (the “site”), run by peergroup(“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use its tools for your own professional purposes. Please do not misuse it: do not attempt to break or overload it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or submit information that is false, unlawful or belongs to someone else.

Our services

The site describes our Advisory, Mastery, Community and Experiences offers. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Engagements, programs and memberships are agreed separately, and those agreements, including prices, payment, cancellation and refund terms, take priority over these terms. Paid Mastery programs and Community circles start with an application, and submitting one does not guarantee a place. Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and may change before you enrol.

The assessment and other content

Our design maturity assessment, articles, frameworks and case studies are general information to help you think about your organization. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and results depend on the answers you give. Please take advice that fits your circumstances before acting on them. Case studies describe the sector rather than naming clients, to respect confidentiality.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, frameworks, illustrations, photography, the peergroup name and logo, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit to peergroup. Please do not copy, adapt or republish our content or frameworks for commercial use without our written permission. Our brand assets are available at the brand page for press and partners, used as its guidelines describe.

What you send us

When you send us information through a form, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share. We handle it as our Privacy Policy explains.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error free or up to date. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to peergroup’s operating entity, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. We would always prefer to resolve a concern directly first, so please write to us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
